Dr. Padmavathi, spearheads the company with a passion and desire to make a difference in human resources through training and professional development programs. With a relentless focus on quality, she guides her team in strategizing consulting projects in Research, Training and Development, Quality Process Consulting and Out-sourcing.

With 30+ years of experience she is a Cambridge certified trainer for Business English Certificate (BEC) and a certified trainer for American Accent Skills. Dr. Padmavathi holds a doctorate in Applied Linguistics with specialization in Phonetics.

Dr. Padmavathi is the former Vice-President and Director of Training and Quality of Maples ESM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. - a leading Mainframe and ESM Consulting company in Chennai, India. While at Maples, she helped direct the operational growth of the Training department. Having stabilized the business and revenue model she moved on to launching Winspire Language World Pvt. Ltd. Winspire creates customized Training Solutions for Organizations. 

A PhD in Applied Linguistics, Dr. Padmavathi has also equipped her self with industry certifications – a lead auditor from BVQI and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Benchmark, Australia.

Dr. Padmavathi is on the advisory board of renowned educational institutions. She is the Member of Academic Council, Madras Christian College, and Member, Board of Syllabus of PG Studies at Loyola College Chennai India.  She is a Cambridge Certified Trainer and Examiner and a Certified American Accent Trainer (US).  

Dr. Padmavathi’s strong faith in the critical role played by women who are the real change agents in society has been translated into the trailblazing role played by Winspire.

Urmila Aiyappan has diversified investments and interests in USA, UK Hong Kong, Singapore and India.  Since its inception she has encouraged and continues to guide the Management of the company. She occupies the chair of Directorship in many leading companies including KPO, Capital Market, Textiles, Software Development and Software Training.

Arthi, is a vibrant young entrepreneur with a range of business interests combined with acumen to provide strategic advice. She is currently pursuing a Management degree with a leading Business Schools at USA. She also participates on the board of a few technology companies, and is actively involved in operational advisement of some privately held companies.
